A single-panel color comic strip set against a blue cityscape background with skyscraper silhouettes and green grass in the foreground. On the left, two large light-blue tentacled alien creatures with big round eyes and curled tentacle-like limbs running away in the scene, one looking startled and the other open-mouthed mid-explanation. Their speech bubbles read "WHAT DID YOU SAY TO HIM?" and "I JUST SAID, 'WE COME IN PEACE' AND 'CAN WE GET THAT EGG SALAD RECIPE.'" On the right, a young boy in a purple shirt and gray shorts is chasing them, brandishing a large stick or branch over his head. Below the panel, a caption reads "SOME SECRETS ARE BIGGER THAN OTHERS."

Egg Salad

Turns out interstellar diplomacy is easy. It's the family recipe that's classified. If aliens showed up and asked for your family recipe, would you fight for it too?

My Life rocks!

A few weeks back I had a break between audio books and I became a listener to The Clockwork Cabaret. It’s got just the right amount of humor and odd ball music to listen to while I drive into work. They had a contest where if you knew where something or other came from likely related to cartoons because that’s all I am likely to have remembered.. something about the Purple Pie Eater as I recall.. Well guess what. I won and you didn’t! clockwork package clockwork_telegram Thanks Clockwork Cabaret!
